Brian A. Baker, FACMPE, MHSA
Mr. Brian A. Baker has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in practice management and all aspects of physician group issues, including practice operations, strategic planning, mergers, new practice start up, group formations, and income distribution.
In his years of experience, Mr. Baker has led a variety of medical groups, was a regional director for a for-profit hospital company, and has served as a healthcare consultant for numerous medical specialties and hospitals.
He brings experience in successfully integrating multiple practice sites, incorporating growth, quality of services, and looking for efficiencies to reduce practice overhead while finding ways to increase revenue. His experience and expertise include strategic planning, interim management, and all aspects of practice management.
Mr. Baker is involved in MGMA at the national and local levels. He holds a Masters degree of Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and he is a Fellow American College of Medical Practice Executive.

Joan Batte
Mrs. Joan Batte has over twenty years of experience in direct clinic management. She has served as the administrator of a surgical clinic and an Endocrinology practice. As a leader in medical practices, Mrs. Batte has extensive experience and knowledge in medical office operations, processes and organization, billing and collections & personnel management. She has implemented several computer conversions, software updates, installations of electronic medical records, installation and set up accounting payable and general ledger software. For 20 years, Mrs. Batte has been a member of Medical Group Management Associations at the national, state and local level, and has served on the board in the NMGMA in several capacities.

Debbie Perkins
Mrs. Debbie Perkins has 20 years of experience in the health care industry specializing in providing credentialing services for providers. She has served in many roles, including practice manager for a large general and vascular surgery group, as well as a family medicine group. Mrs. Perkins’ experience and efficiency in credentialing will off-load staff who can concentrate on the patient care instead of the highly detailed credentialing process. In addition to the initial credentialing, Mrs. Perkins can also take care of your re-credentialing and Hospital and Surgery Center credentialing.

Mark W. Rice, MBA
Mark Rice started his career as an IT consultant in 1985, serving diverse clients' needs, which provided foundational habits of understanding the perspectives of all stakeholders and maintaining a focus on client goals. Mr. Rice then earned an MS in Computer Science from Clemson University for additional effectiveness. In 1995, he joined a consulting firm working on NASA's Hubble Space Telescope Ground Systems, demonstrating skills in leadership and technology. In 2002, he began freelance consulting in medical practice management. The resulting thirst for business knowledge drove a decision to earn an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business after which he was presented with Fuqua's Distinguished Service Award (2006). As a Director at a wellness company, he focused on leading in operational metrics, operational efficiency and IT solutions.
As a Healthcare Consultant, Mr. Rice brings strong business knowledge and experience combined with deep technical experience to provide effective solutions for your organization.
